Rhymes Competition

Instructions for Masterminds Rhymes Competition
  1. Masterminds Rhymes Competition is open to any child studying in Preschool.
  2. Masterminds Rhymes Competition is for English Language only.
  3. The participant can choose any rhyme from English language.
  4. There will be 3 rounds: Qualifying, Preliminary & Final Rounds
  5. In each Round, the participant should sing 1 new complete rhyme of their choice.
  6. The rhyme should not be more than 120 seconds.
  7. Late entries will not be entertained.
  8. Masterminds Storytelling Competition is an online competition.
  9. Masterminds reserves the right to use the videos for promotion or as it deems fit for any other activity.
Important Dates for Rhymes Competition
  1. Registration Dates : 15th July to 30th November 2024
  2. Video Upload Dates for Qualifying Round : 1st Dec to 31st Dec 2024
  3. Result of Qualifying Round : February 2025
  4. Video Upload Dates for Preliminary Round : 15th Feb to 28th Feb 2025
  5. Result of Preliminary Round : March 2025
  6. Video Upload Dates for Final Round : 15th April to 30th April 2025
  7. Result of Final Round : June 2025
Age Limit
  1. Competitors should be below 6 years of age at the time of enrolling for the qualifying round.
  2. Masterminds reserves the right to ask for proof of age any time during the period of the competition.
  3. The rhyme competition is divided into 2 groups.
    Group I - Nursery & Junior KG, Group II - Senior KG
Registration
  1. Information submitted to Masterminds will be used for competition purpose.
  2. The Parent/ Guardian is responsible for submitting the correct information while registering.
Entry Fees
  1. A one- time fee of Rs. 1000 + 180 (GST) = 1180/- will be charged for all 3 rounds.
  2. The competition will end for Participants who are not selected for further rounds.
  3. Fees once collected will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  4. Courier charges, if any will be have to be borne by the participants.
Judging
  1. The Jury of all Rounds will consist of 2 Judges.
  2. Scoring Points are given to every participant, maximum score will be 20 across all rounds.
  3. The break-up of 20 points: Pronunciation - 3, Actions -3, Modulation -3. Presentation -1.
  4. No points for props will be given.
  5. The decision of the judges is final and cannot be changed, further discussion on judgment will not be entertained.
Winners Prizes
  1. Masterminds Rhymes Competition participants will be awarded with E - certificates at all levels.
  2. Rankers will be awarded with trophy at the final level.
